Deaf Awareness Workshop – Enumclaw, WA Hosted by Enumclaw Police Department via CODA Connect, LLC, an interactive 8-hour training tailored for law enforcement and related personnel. What it Includes: • Deaf culture & history • ASL basics • Effective communication strategies • De escalation skills • ADA & policy overview • Reality-based scenarios • …and more! Why It Matters: • Satisfies 8 hours of in-service training and LETCSA credit. • Led by CODAs (Children of Deaf Adults) with both law enforcement and ASL teaching experience. • Provides practical tools for real-life interactions with Deaf/hard-of-hearing individuals

Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy: 1. Rescheduling: Notify us 72 hours prior to your class for a reschedule. If none fits your schedule, your payment can roll over to a future session. 2. Class Size: Classes require a minimum of 15 registrants. If this isn't met, we may cancel the class. In such cases, payments can be transferred to a future class or refunded upon request. 3. Cancellation by CODA Connect: If we have to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, your payment will be applied to another scheduled session or refunded upon request. 4. Refunds: Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds for cancellations. However, you can apply your payment to a future class. We appreciate your cooperation with our policies.
